Here are the Photos me, Amelia and Lily took whilst filming our music video; The images below are a mix of photos that were shot whilst filming and still images of our characters on all three of our shoots at a mix of the locations and settings we used.

Ancillary task 2  Displayed above is our final outcome of our album poster. We have decided to use a simple photo of the two main characters within out music video (myself and Amelia). The photo shows two girls that we assume are laughing to one another and the camera has captured this moment they are sharing. Directly on top of the photograph we have added a title of the single and the artists name in the same font but slightly smaller. We have also added small logos of  iTunes and spotify for promotional reasons.  To edit our poster, we used the editing softwares named 'Adobe Photoshop' and 'Adobe lightroom'. (Post 4) Our practice task planning

Our practice task planning  Our plan for our coursework We have updated our task slightly due to the fact we have made some progress with our idea for our actual coursework; so we decided to do something that would be more beneficial to our end result. Therefore we decided to recreate the first 30 seconds of a music video that has inspired our plans for our own music video, which is  ' Sleep on the Floor'  By the Lumineers as this would give us some idea of how to recreate the style we are going for and some initial practice of trying to capture those kind of shots. Plan: Potential settings:  All of our potential settings are based at our sixth form due to the practicality of being able to film in school time and also having all our group in the same place so it is easy for as all to be there and help each other. (Post 3) Research into existing student made music videos

If  had a gun - A2 media studies music video (A Grade): Creativity  I feel this particular student made music video is very creative in the way they have used many different camera shots and angles. for example they have used an ordinary wide shot but rewinded making it look like a times lapse. moreover, they have also used close up, pan shot, wide shot, and extreme close up.   setting/location The setting of the music video seems to start in a town or a city (possibly a quite part of the town/city as we are only exposed to a busy road with not a lot of buildings or shops). however, this then changes about 37 seconds in when we see an extreme close up of a pair of shoes on sand which we assume to be a beach. Then, the location changes again about a minute and half in to the music video when we see the character in a cemetery. then for the rest of the music video we are also exposed to a car park and another street within a city or a town.  c...
